Els guanyadors del Oscars 2022: sorpreses i una bufetada

Quina nit la dels Oscars 2022. Hi ha hagut de tot i del que més es parlarà serà d’una bufetada de Will Smith però anem primer a parlar de premis. La guanyadora de la nit ha estat una sorpresa… CODA ha estat la gran vencedora amb tres premis incloent el de la Millor Pel·lícula, el de Guió Adaptat i el d’Actor Secundari per Troy Kotsur. El remake de la pel·lícula francesa de 2014 La familia Belier de la directora Sian Header ha fet història convertint-se en el film de consens i donant a Apple TV el primer Oscar de la història de l’streming. A més, aquesta història sobre una adolescent en una família de sords s’ha endut els tres únics premis pels quals estava nominada. Èxit total i sorpresa majúscula ja que és el primer cop a la història que un film d’una plataforma ha guanyat el premi a la Millor pel·lícula… (i no ha estat Netflix).

La més nominada de l’any (12 categories), The Power of the Dog, el western intimista dirigit per Jane Campion, només s’ha endut el premi a la Millor direcció (que no és poc). És la tercera vegada a la història que aquest premi el guanya una dona (i el segon cop va ser l’any passat per Chloe Zhao per Nomadland). Campion suma així el seu segon Oscar ja que en tenia un al Millor Guió que va guanyar l’any 1993 per The Piano.

La pel·lícula més premiada dels Oscars 2022, però, ha estat Dune. L’adaptació de la novel·la de Frank Herbert de Denis Villeneuve s’ha endut els premis al Millor So, Millor Fotografia, Millor Muntatge, Millor Disseny de Producció i  Millor Banda Sonora. Previsible però no per això menys meritori final de trajectòria per un llargmetratge que ja prepara la seva seqüela. Si la voleu veure la teniu a HBO Max.

El premi més incòmode de la nit ha estat el de Will Smith que sí, ha guanyat el premi al Millor Actor per King Richard, però el seu gran moment de la història del cine ha quedat eclipsat per la bufetada que li ha clavat a Chris Rock minuts abans per fer una broma sobre la seva dona. Tot i que ha demanat perdó a l’Acadèmia no s’ha disculpat amb Chris Rock i ha emès un discurs on mig justificava l’agrassió. Bé, si vols més informació sobre el moment ves a aquesta notícia…
